• "K-Webtoon Masters Academy" is established as Glohills’ education brand. By providing curricula and dispatching instructors, we support the setup and operation of each country’s K-Webtoon Masters Academy, building a coherent system. At the appropriate time, we plan to attract external investment and establish an SPC (Special Purpose Company) as a dedicated global webtoon education entity.
• The established entity will actively support each country’s K-Webtoon Masters Academy, connect a global network, co-host joint events such as the Global Webtoon Festival, and lead the ecosystem by driving global distribution of produced content.
